Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart Please Fans With New Music Featuring Halsey

Alex Pall spent his childhood growing up as a DJ. He had a passion for the music that would lead him into a band known as the Chainsmokers. This career came about upon meeting Andrew Taggart.

Alex Pall had been spending many of his nights in the clubs around NYC. He would perform nightly for club after club and then under the direction of the manager they have now, he met Andrew Taggart and soon after, the Chainsmokers were released. The pair of men each held their own love for electronic music and with Avicii being so popular, they knew they could make something for themselves. It was then that the two of them decided to take things further and set out to record their own hits.

Up until the last album was released, the one thing that the duo had not done was feature music with the two of them performing the songs. The music was mixed under their direction but there were no musical words being delivered from the duo. That was up until now. With new singles under their belt such as “Closer”, the duo was stretching out their musical direction.

The duo had their fair share of chart toppers but the latest round of singles proved to be what the band really needed. Fans were experiencing first hand what the band was experiencing. They could feel the hurt and joy from within the music. If they wanted to take it a step further and know more firsthand, the use of social media allowed fans a sneak peak into what the band was up to.

Andrew Taggart was always interested in being a DJ and when he met Alex, they were sure to hit it off. No one predicted however that they would have hit if off as well as they did or would be as popular as they are today. From producing to performing, the Chainsmokers have shown fans that this side of music has a place on the Billboard Top Hits. With singers performing alongside of the Chainsmokers like Halsey, there is no end to the type of hits they are sure to produce.
